Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage. In such cases:
- We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs
- For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
